Ethos — Philosophy

Ethos is the guiding philosophy that shapes platform principles. As a stream-aligned team, Ethos works directly on the flow of change to deliver value to end users, consuming the capabilities provided by the platform teams.

Team Type​

Stream-Aligned Team — Aligned to a single flow of work, delivering value independently while leveraging platform capabilities.

Relationship to Platform Teams​

Ethos consumes infrastructure and tooling from the platform teams:

  • Logos — Organization structure, identity groups, and GitHub team membership
  • Corpus — GCP projects, networking, and CI/CD service accounts
  • Pneuma — Kubernetes clusters and service mesh
  • Arche — Reusable OpenTofu modules
  • Techne — Shared workflows and developer tooling
